Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email us immediately at hello@spiritualstudio.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Once the order has been packed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the order, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

To request a cancellation:

• Email hello@spiritualstudio.in with the subject: "Cancellation Request – [Order ID]"
• Include your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
• Our team will confirm the cancellation status within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm IST).

Please do not attempt to refuse delivery as a method of cancellation — this may result in delays to your refund.

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

• Product is out of stock or discontinued after the order was placed.
• Pricing or listing errors on the website.
• Suspected fraudulent transaction or violation of our terms.
• Inability to deliver to the provided address.
• Payment failure or non-confirmation.

In such cases, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
• UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
• Wallets: 1–3 business days
• Store Credit option: Instantly applied

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

For prepaid orders cancelled within the eligible window, the full order amount — including any taxes paid — will be refunded. Convenience fees charged by payment gateways (if any) are non-refundable, as these are charged by the gateway and not by Spiritual Studio.

If a cancelled order was placed using a discount code, the coupon code may or may not be reissued depending on the nature of the offer. One-time use coupons will generally not be reinstated after cancellation. Please contact us for case-by-case evaluation.

Pre-orders and back-orders can be cancelled at any time before the estimated dispatch date. Refunds for pre-order cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.
