Shipping Policy

We handle every order with care and intention. Here is everything you need to know about how your sacred products reach you.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During sale events, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will be notified via email if there is any delay.

We ship through trusted logistics partners to ensure your products arrive safely:

  • Delhivery
  • BlueDart
  • India Post (for remote areas)
  • Shiprocket (aggregated carriers)

The carrier assigned to your shipment depends on your location and order value.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune): 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote / Rural areas: 7–10 business days
  • International orders: 12–20 business days (subject to customs)

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India.
  • Orders below ₹999 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹79.
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order from your account dashboard. If you do not receive a tracking number within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Sacred Packaging

Every Spiritual Studio order is packaged with love and intention. We use protective, eco-friendly materials to ensure your crystals and spiritual products arrive in perfect condition. Fragile items are individually bubble-wrapped and cushioned. Gift packaging is available upon request.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Spiritual Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing an order, contact us at hello@spiritualstudio.in before the order is dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged packaging and/or product
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Delivery timelines may be affected by customs clearance.
