Return Eligibility Window

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging must be intact.
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been used, energetically programmed, or altered.
  • Digital products, e-books, or downloadable content.
  • Custom or personalised orders.
  • Items purchased during flash sales or clearance events (unless defective).
  • Gift cards.
  • Items returned without prior approval.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order ID
  • Clear photographs of the damaged/defective item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, follow these steps:

  • Email us at hello@spiritualstudio.in with your order number and reason for exchange.
  • Our team will review and approve/decline the request within 2 business days.
  • Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable courier service.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless the product is defective).
  • Upon receipt and inspection, we will dispatch the replacement within 3–5 business days.

Refund Process

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Wallets: 1–3 business days
  • Store Credit: Instantly added to your account

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Store Credit Option

Instead of a monetary refund, you may opt for store credit of equal value. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase on Spiritual Studio.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable courier service. Spiritual Studio is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or exchange:

  • Email us at hello@spiritualstudio.in with subject line "Return Request – [Order ID]"
  • Include your order number, product name, and reason for return
  • Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
